Graced Media is a registered creative studio based in Tennessee, USA. We help businesses, creatives, and professionals build a brand presence that is clear, consistent, and powerful — through video, social media content, graphic design, and digital strategy.

We are looking for a cinematic video editor who can take raw footage — from any shoot, any setting, any occasion — and turn it into content that makes people stop, feel something, and want more.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. We are looking for a solid editor who knows their craft, works independently, and takes pride in delivering clean, polished output — every time. Technical skill matters, but so does reliability, clear communication, and the ability to take feedback and run with it.

The Work

We produce content across multiple verticals and our editors work across all of them. You will not be editing the same type of footage every day. We believe the best editors are versatile editors.

The content you will work on includes:

Property & lifestyle showcase videos Cinematic edits of spaces — interiors, exteriors, aerial footage — cut to make a viewer feel like they are already there. Smooth transitions, warm color grades, music-driven pacing. The kind of video that makes someone pick up the phone.

Wedding & event highlight films Emotional, story-driven edits that capture the moments, the feeling, and the people — not just the timeline. Pacing that breathes. Color that feels timeless. Cuts that land on the right beat.

Content creator & influencer video Fast-paced, engaging, platform-native content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. Hook in the first 2 seconds. Retain through the last. Subtitles, sound design, and scroll-stopping energy.

Brand & business videos Promotional and social content for service-based businesses — clinics, agencies, entrepreneurs, and local brands across the US. Clean, professional, and on-brand every time.

The Style We're After

Across all of these — the standard is the same. We want edits that feel intentional, not accidental. Think:

  • Fluid transitions that flow with the camera movement — whip pans, swooshes, speed ramps used with purpose and restraint

  • Music-driven pacing where every cut lands on a beat or a breath

  • Color grades that serve the mood — warm and inviting for spaces, emotional and timeless for events, bold and energetic for social content

  • The first 2–3 seconds hook the viewer. The rest makes them stay.

  • Clean titles, lower thirds, and subtitles that enhance — never distract

If you can watch raw footage and immediately hear the edit in your head — you're who we're looking for.

What You'll Do

  • Edit raw footage into cinematic long-form and short-form videos across multiple content types

  • Create vertical cuts (9:16) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts from the same footage

  • Apply smooth, purposeful transitions that elevate the feel without overpowering the content

  • Color grade footage to match the mood and brand of each project

  • Add clean lower thirds, branded titles, and subtitles where needed

  • Sync edits to music with intention — every cut should feel earned

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time, consistently

  • Organize and label project files clearly for internal review

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience editing across at least two content types — property showcase, wedding, event, brand, or social content

  • A portfolio that shows range — not just one style

  • Strong instinct for pacing, flow, and emotional storytelling

  • Comfortable working from raw, unorganized footage libraries independently

  • Mastery of smooth transitions — you know when a swoosh earns its place and when it doesn't

  • Clean color grading — you can match a grade to a mood without being told what the mood is

  • Reliable, deadline-driven, and responsive — every time, not most of the time

  • Clear professional written English for async team communication

  • Reliable internet connection with a documented backup plan

Preferred But Not Required

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro — strongly preferred

  • Experience with After Effects for motion graphics, title animations, and lower thirds

  • Familiarity with drone footage and how to cut aerial shots into ground-level sequences naturally

  • At least one year of editing across multiple content types

  • An eye for what is currently performing on each social platform
